Return and refund policy

If you would like to return or exchange a product please take note of the following. All returns need to be made within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

The item that you wish to return must be in the same packaging you received it in, unused and in the same condition upon purchase.

Unfortunately our gift cards cannot be returned. For all returns we require a receipt or proof of payment. Provided the above conditions are all met, we will gladly exchange your product or refund you the full amount paid. Courier costs may apply.


What is the refund process?

Upon receiving your returned product we will inspect and either accept or reject the returned product. We will send you an email to verify this with you. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


What happens if my refund is late or missing?

If this happens, please make sure to check with applicable institutes i.e. bank, credit card companies etc. before contacting us, as it may take a while for your refund to reflect or process. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at michele@iyapparel.com

Exchanges

If we have made an error in sending the wrong style or colour bag we will be liable for any courier costs required in exchanging your product. We will also replace any items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at michele@iyapparel.com


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.


Shipping

We offer free shipping on all local orders over R500 (Terms and conditions apply. Some charges may apply for certain outlying areas.)

To return your product, please contact us at michele@iyapparel.com and we will arrange collection. Fees may apply depending on area and the reason for the return; these will be verified prior to collection.

How long will my delivery take?

We will deliver your purchase in 2 - 4 working days depending on the area.
