Beautiful Bag - poor service from courier

Hi there.
The bag is beautiful. I purchased it as a gift however, and sadly did not receive it before the birthday party on Saturday. The online tracker said I would receive it on Friday. I called and they then promised delivery on Saturday morning. It only arrived Saturday afternoon, over a week after placing the order. I would recommend using another courier company. Otherwise, your products are amazing, I have quite a few already.
